SATURDAY 06TH FEBRUARY 2010 10AM – 12.30PM

Come and learn how to use and work with a digital camera. Meet new people or come with some friends. You do not need to be connected to Larkmead. This is a way of making friends whilst doing something you’re interested in and raising some money for Lark Rise too. Your chance to ‘play’ in Larkmead’s new ICT zone!

Areas Covered

• Take digital photos using school compact cameras or your own
• Learn the basic settings
• Down load photos
• Improve the quality
• Compress pictures for emailing and posting on the Internet
• Learn to manipulate in Microsoft Picture manager/Publisher and Paint
• Print photos on your own printing paper using the schools high quality laser printers 20p/A5 print (please remember to bring extra cash for printing)

COST £10 (proceeds to Lark Rise) for two hour session with break
(as usual, refreshments and cake provided!)
